On July 6, 2026, the Water Resources Office 10, specifically the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phang Nga, participated in the “Meeting of the Phuket Provincial Land Policy Committee (Provincial NLPC) No. 2/2026” chaired by Police Lieutenant Colonel Khetarat Chansilp, Deputy Governor of Phuket Province, at the meeting room of the Phuket Provincial Natural Resources and Environment Office, Wichit Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phuket Province. At this meeting, the committee received information on (1) the minutes of the meeting No. 1/2026, (2) the issuance of permits for land use and residence in national forest reserves to four communities in Phuket Province: Makham Khu Community, Laem Sai Nai Phru Community, Ruam Sin Inthradech Community, and King Kaew Community; (3) consideration of the progress of land allocation for housing and agricultural land for communities in various areas of Phuket Province, including target areas according to government policy; and (4) consideration of the draft order appointing a working group to acquire land under the Phuket Provincial Land Policy Committee (Provincial NLPC).
