Duties/Area of Responsibility

Promote and support the establishment of water resource management organizations at the river basin and local levels through the participation of stakeholders.
Develop, enhance capabilities, and disseminate information about water resource management to stakeholders.
Develop an action plan for management, including conducting surveys, designing, and developing conservation, restoration, sustainable utilization, and problem-solving measures for the watershed.
Develop a database system and establish a central network for data and information on water resource management at the river basin level.
To promote, support, and provide technical, academic, standard, and regulatory advice on water resource management to government agencies and local administrative organizations.
Working as the secretariat for the committees and subcommittees on water resources in the assigned area.
Collaborate with or support the operations of relevant or assigned agencies.
